Besides the normal laws against flying\/filming on private property, Big Sur has several Federal and State agencies,  that regulate drone flights in the area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><li><strong>NOAA <\/strong>&#8211;
